Bring your private health insurance fund card to each appointment so we can claim electronically on the spot. You will need to settle any gap payment at the time of consultation.
The Enhanced Primary Care program enables doctors to refer patients with chronic conditions and complex care needs for physiotherapy, up to a maximum of 5 treatments per calender year. This Plan is at the sole discretion of the GP and patients must have an EPC from their family doctor before commencing Physiotherapy (nominating Philip Wood Physiotherapy as practitioner).
Philip Wood Physiotherapy accepts the Medicare rebate as full and final payment. Please bring your Medicare card so we can claim electronically at the time of consultation.
Treatment under this scheme may be terminated for patients who don’t attend treatment or cancel at short notice.
We will bill DVA directly for white & gold card participants with an accompanying GP referral.
Private patients must settle their account at the time of consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard
Philip Wood Physiotherapy is an accredited provider with the NDIA and settles accounts with patients on a monthly basis, regardless of whether they are Agency Managed Self-Managed or Plan Managed.
